1. PURPOSE

1.1 Purpose of this Policy

The CareHarbor360 Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") establishes the standards of conduct expected from every person who accesses or uses the CareHarbor360 platform.

The Policy is intended to:

  • protect the safety of children, seniors, persons with disabilities, caregivers, families, employers, agencies, and other users;

  • promote respectful and professional interactions;

  • reduce fraud, abuse, and misuse of the platform;

  • preserve the integrity, reliability, and security of the Services;

  • support compliance with applicable laws; and

  • provide a fair and transparent framework for enforcement.

This Policy is designed to foster a trusted online marketplace where users can confidently connect for caregiving services.

1.2 Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy supplements the:

  • Terms of Service;

  • Privacy Policy; and

  • any other policies or guidelines published by CareHarbor360.

If there is a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will govern to the extent of the inconsistency.

2. SCOPE

2.1 Persons Covered

This Policy applies to every person who accesses or uses the CareHarbor360 Services, including:

  • caregivers;

  • families;

  • parents;

  • guardians;

  • employers;

  • care agencies;

  • organizations;

  • applicants;

  • visitors using publicly available portions of the platform, where applicable; and

  • any individual acting on behalf of another user or organization.

2.2 Activities Covered

This Policy applies to conduct occurring through or in connection with the Services, including:

  • account creation;

  • profile management;

  • job postings;

  • caregiver listings;

  • messaging;

  • reviews and ratings;

  • uploaded documents;

  • photographs;

  • AI-assisted tools;

  • customer support interactions; and

  • any other activity associated with the platform.

Conduct occurring outside the platform may also be considered where it directly relates to relationships initiated through CareHarbor360 or materially affects the safety or integrity of the platform.

3. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Policy:

"CareHarbor360" means the operator of the CareHarbor360 platform.

"Services" means the website, mobile applications, software, features, tools, and related services provided by CareHarbor360.

"User" means any individual or organization that accesses or uses the Services.

"Caregiver" means an individual offering caregiving or related support services through the platform.

"Family" means an individual, household, guardian, employer, or organization seeking caregiving services through the platform.

"Content" means any information, text, images, videos, audio, documents, reviews, ratings, messages, or other material submitted or made available through the Services.

5.4 Compliance with Law

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5.5 Privacy of Others

Users must respect the privacy of others and may use personal information obtained through the platform only for legitimate purposes related to caregiving arrangements.
